About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our Owndays brand, delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing personalised and attentive customer service to ensure customers' needs are met
  • Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Collaborating with the team to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion or eyewear industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
