Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

Reports To: Purchasing Manager / Supply Chain Head

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services necessary for company operations. The role ensures that purchases are made in a cost-effective and timely manner while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement purchasing guideline/procedure and related company guideline/procedures.
• Identify and source new suppliers for responsible indirect materials and services.
• Manage RFx, negotiable the best purchasing terms and delivery schedule based on the agreed lead time and/or requirement from the end-user/requester.
• Coordinate and conduct responsible supplier life-cycle management including supplier audit and release, supplier evaluation, supplier risk management with cross functional representative.
• Lead contract negotiation process, take care of commercial clause finalization and coordinate other cross functional representative to complete other clause conclusion.
• Follow up cost change, analyze change reason and market trend, provide reasonable solution for cost saving and optimization and follow up the progress to meet target.
• Coordinate any concern related to procurement including cost, quality, delivery and so on.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
