As a Data Operations Analyst, you will support campaign performance through data validation, stakeholder coordination, and benchmark analysis. You'll ensure data accuracy, manage insights workflows, and play a key role in connecting business needs with actionable intelligence.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in consulting, data operations, or analytics roles.
• Basic knowledge of SQL; able to run and modify existing queries.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data quality, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, eager to learn, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in advertising, media, or campaign analytics is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with geospatial/location data or out-of-home advertising operations.
• Experience in ad operations, media planning, or campaign analytics.

Your Daily Tasks

• Liaise with media agencies and out-of-home asset owners to gather campaign requirements, calibrate advertising assets, and resolve queries.
• Conduct geospatial and market research to support asset calibration and benchmark validation.
• Execute and modify pre-written SQL queries or scripts to extract and validate campaign data.
• Maintain and update internal benchmark datasets to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor data health and model performance to support business and product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, and product teams to support campaign planning and audience insights.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for managing benchmarks, stakeholder coordination, and internal workflows.
