Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Sales Operations Data Analyst
to support partner-related processes, data validation, and reporting for a global technology organization. This role involves maintaining data accuracy, supporting key operational workflows, and enabling business insights through analytics and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and maintain accuracy of sales and partner-related data within internal systems (e.g., CRM and reporting tools).
  • Support operational processes tied to partner attribution, deal registration, and data integrity.
  • Manage ongoing data hygiene and governance initiatives to ensure consistent reporting standards.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to resolve data discrepancies and support process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, or a related analytical role within the software or technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Smartsheets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently with remote/global teams.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work during US business hours.
