Job Summary

The Data Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the Operations team's data-driven capabilities. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve reporting accuracy, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for the Operations team.
  • Support the Sr. Operations Manager with ad-hoc data analysis and business case preparation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes through data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all operational data.
  • Present findings and insights clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, or similar CRM/operations platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Experience in automating reports or using Python/R for analytics.
