Job Overview:
The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth together with Filinvest Alabang Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Philippines, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1.) Team Leadership:
· Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
· Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
2.) Sales Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
· Identify new opportunities and markets for business expansion.
3.) Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4.) Sales Planning and Execution:
· Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet company objectives.
· Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
· Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts.
5.) Reporting and Analysis:
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.
· Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
-Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market and industry regulations.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
-Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
-With a ready team of 3 managers with 3-5 property specialists.
