Position Overview:

The Broker Network Director will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the company's network of real estate brokers. This role involves strategizing and executing sales initiatives through brokers to drive revenue growth for our residential and township developments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive industry contacts, and a proven track record in managing broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the broker network across target markets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Monitor broker performance and provide coaching and support to optimize sales results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align broker efforts with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the broker network.
  • Prepare regular reports on broker activities, sales performance, and market feedback for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales or broker management.
  • With high-end residential selling experience preferably ready-for-occupancy (RFO) condominiums.
  • Familiarity with locations such as Quezon City, San Juan, and Rizal.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships in the real estate industry.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics in the Philippines is an advantage.
