Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships within the banking and financial services sector. This individual will be responsible for leading business development efforts, expanding market presence, and managing senior-level client relationships in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Relationship Management

  • Engage with CXOs and senior leadership at financial institutions.
  • Foster and sustain long-term client partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions aligned with client needs.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in line with overall business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams for effective sales execution.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and close strategic deals.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement to enhance sales success.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
  • Provide data-driven inputs for refining go-to-market approaches.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with regional and global leadership teams.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the sales function.

What Were Looking For

  • 12 to 15 years of proven experience in technology sales, preferably in BFSI or fintech.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with lending, digital banking, or transaction banking solutions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local culture and business practices in Philippines is a plus.
  • Self-driven, strategic, and hands-on leader comfortable engaging at CXO level.
