About Us

Matador Lending, Matador Realty Group, GrowthToro, and our portfolio of adjacent businesses are seeking a highly skilled GHL Marketing VA to lead and execute marketing operations across our brands. This role is a unique opportunity to essentially run an in-house marketing agency—building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that fuel growth across multiple verticals in real estate, lending, technology, and investment services.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee the full spectrum of marketing initiatives: from campaign strategy and execution, to creative development, to performance tracking and optimization. The ideal candidate is a GoHighLevel expert with hands-on experience in ad management, branding, content creation, and campaign reporting. They will work closely with leadership and team members to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and consistently deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

• Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (CPC, CPM, social, search, display).
• Track and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
• Manage branding campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.

2. GoHighLevel (CRM & Marketing Automation)

• Build and manage marketing workflows, automations, and funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Integrate campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and pipeline management across platforms.
• Manage newsletter campaigns and ongoing email marketing for all companies.

3. Creative & Content Development

• Oversee design and production of graphics, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Create branded content for social media, digital ads, and newsletters.
• Coordinate video/graphic design projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

4. Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor KPIs across channels, prepare regular performance reports, and present findings to leadership.
• Continuously test and refine campaign strategies for improvement.
• Stay on top of marketing trends, digital advertising policies, and best practices.

5. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the central marketing operator across all brands.
• Partner with team members, leadership, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
• Build and maintain scalable marketing processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of marketing management experience with a proven track record.
• Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Proficiency in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing basics.
• Experience running branding and lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different brands and verticals.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• Portfolio of past work (campaigns, creative assets, case studies, etc.) required.
• Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: Php77, Php84,000.00 per month
