Starting Rate: USD $5 per hour

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing VA who can support day-to-day branding, social media, and content efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing online platforms, writing engaging content, and designing simple marketing materials.

You should be someone who understands how to create clean, professional visuals, stay consistent with branding, and help improve the real estate agent's online presence.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Hands-on experience managing social media pages (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Strong Canva skills for producing graphics, templates, announcements, and property posts
  • Excellent English writing abilities for captions, newsletters, listing descriptions, and blog articles
  • Research skills to gather local updates, real estate trends, and neighborhood highlights
  • Comfort engaging online with community pages and local businesses
  • Basic knowledge of real estate marketing (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • A creative eye for visuals, layout, and brand consistency; light video editing is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Optional but helpful: experience with simple admin tasks such as email management or scheduling

Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Community Engagement

  • Plan, create, and publish posts for Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop marketing visuals in Canva (flyers, templates, just listed/just sold posts, etc.)
  • Write captions and marketing copy for listings and promotions
  • Engage with local audiences online (business pages, community groups, neighborhood pages)
  • Track post performance and suggest content improvements

Content Writing & Brand Messaging

  • Draft newsletters, email campaigns, and community highlight features
  • Write blog posts and long-form content when needed
  • Produce consistent, on-brand copy for social media, email, and simple website updates

Research & Marketing Support

  • Gather information on local events, market activity, and community news
  • Suggest new content ideas, topics, or themes for upcoming posts
  • Provide light admin support (email drafts, scheduling links, simple coordination tasks)

Requirements

  • Dependable laptop or desktop and a strong, stable internet connection
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Position Details

  • Schedule: 20 or 40 hours per week
  • Rate: USD $5 per hour (starting)
  • Type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Setup: Fully remote / work-from-home

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php25, Php50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
