ROLE (The Mission)

To be the Go High Level Systems Architect for Industry Titans—the technical brain who transforms manual processes into intelligent automation. You're not just clicking buttons in GHL; you're engineering systems that multiply team productivity and enable seamless client delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES (The Day-to-Day Work)

Automation & Workflow Building (40%):

Build automation workflows in GHL

Design logic flows for complex processes

Create and optimize client sequences

Develop systematic solutions for recurring tasks

Systems Integration (30%):

Integrate GHL with third-party tools

Connect Stripe, Zoom, and other platforms

Troubleshoot integration issues

Ensure data flows smoothly across systems

Client System Management (20%):

Set up client funnels and landing pages

Manage and optimize CRM systems

Configure email and SMS campaigns

Maintain system documentation

Continuous Optimization (10%):

Analyze existing automations for improvements

Test and refine workflows

Identify efficiency opportunities

Update systems as needs evolve

REQUIREMENTS (The Must-Haves)

Go High Level Expertise:

2+ years hands-on Go High Level experience

Expert in automation logic and workflow building

Proven track record building complex automations

Portfolio of systems you've created

Technical Skills:

Experience with API integrations and third-party tools

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Comfortable with technical documentation

Quick learner with new platforms and tools

Work Style:

Self-directed problem solver who takes ownership

Reliable with strong attention to detail

Proactive in identifying improvements

Comfortable working independently in remote setup

Remote Work Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Professional workspace with backup power

Available for some Singapore time zone overlap

Strong async communication skills
