We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup & Automation Specialist to own the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of GoHighLevel for our clients and internal teams.

This role is focused on building high-performing CRM systems, automations, pipelines, and marketing workflows from the ground up. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, setting up accounts correctly from day one, and ensuring GoHighLevel is used as a powerful revenue and operations tool.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with GoHighLevel best practices, automations, and integrations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoHighLevel Ownership & System Setup

  • Fully own GoHighLevel setup and configuration
  • Build and customize pipelines, stages, and opportunity tracking
  • Configure CRM settings, custom fields, tags, and smart lists
  • Set up user permissions, roles, and account structures
  • Ensure clean data management and CRM hygiene

Automations & Workflows

  • Build and manage automations, workflows, and triggers
  • Set up lead routing, follow-ups, and task automation
  • Create SMS, email, voicemail, and multi-step campaigns
  • Implement appointment booking, reminders, and confirmations
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients
  • Implement onboarding checklists and setup timelines
  • Translate client business needs into functional GHL systems
  • Ensure accounts are fully built, tested, and launch-ready
  • Document setups and processes for handoff to account teams

Marketing & Funnel Support

  • Build and connect funnels, landing pages, and forms
  • Set up email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Implement tracking, attribution, and basic reporting
  • Support A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Ensure compliance with deliverability and best practices

Integrations & Tech Stack

  • Connect and manage integrations (Zapier, Stripe, calendars, email providers, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot API and integration issues
  • Ensure smooth data flow between systems
  • Recommend tech stack improvements when needed

Reporting & Optimization

  • Set up dashboards and performance reporting
  • Monitor pipeline, campaign, and automation performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Support leadership with clear, actionable system reporting

General Team Support

  • Collaborate with account managers, sales, and marketing teams
  • Provide technical support and guidance as needed
  • Stay up to date on GoHighLevel feature releases and best practices
  • Research new tools, automations, and strategies within GHL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
