We're seeking a LinkedIn Content + AI Marketing Virtual Assistant to help grow the personal brand of our founder through strategic LinkedIn content and email marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and posting 5–6 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week (mix of text, image, carousel, and short video).
  • Using AI tools to write posts in our founder's authentic voice and create visually engaging images and infographics (similar in style to Chris Donnelly and other leading creators).
  • Writing and scheduling 1–2 weekly email newsletters broadcasts that align with the LinkedIn content themes. These will be sent out of our Go High Level (GHL) account.
  • Repurposing long-form content (podcasts, interviews, webinar clips) into short, engaging posts.
  • Collaborating with our founder to brainstorm content ideas, refine tone and messaging, and align posts with brand strategy.
  • Tracking post performance and engagement metrics to optimize future content.
  • While LinkedIn is the primary platform, the content may be repurposed across other platforms.

Ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience managing LinkedIn content and growth for personal brands, ideally in the coaching, consulting, or marketing space.
  • Is fluent in English, with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Is confident using AI tools for writing, visual design, and scheduling.
  • Has a good eye for design and can create professional visuals and infographics that match a high-performing brand aesthetic.
  • Is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while taking feedback.
  • Understands email marketing and newsletters
  • Familiarity with AI tools

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, working remotely with regular video meetings via Zoom or similar to review goals and performance.
