MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Position Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas (Warehouse or Branch)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for boosting brand awareness and customer traffic through social media content, online promotions, and occasional in-store events. This role ensures that Home Tokyo's unique surplus finds from Japan, Korea, UK, and Europe are creatively showcased to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for social media (photos, videos, reels, product highlights).
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Live Seller and Sales Team to plan campaigns or promos.
  • Assist in designing promotional materials (flyers, posters, digital ads).
  • Track performance of posts and campaigns using basic analytics.
  • Brainstorm with management for event ideas or new marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and editing tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Creative and updated on digital trends relevant to retail and lifestyle.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work onsite (warehouse or branch) in Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas.
