Business Development Specialist

Overview:
TOP Creamery is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to help expand our market presence within the manufacturing and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sectors. This role is essential in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and executing effective business strategies from lead generation to deal closure.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the manufacturing or HORECA sector).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
to achieve and exceed company targets. - Identify, prospect, and secure new clients
in the manufacturing and HORECA industries. - Build and maintain strong
, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. - Conduct persuasive product presentations
and demonstrations tailored to client needs. - Manage the complete sales cycle
—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. - Maintain accurate and updated client records
using
CRM
tools. - Negotiate and finalize agreements
in compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure excellent post-sales service and client satisfaction. - Conduct market research
and competitor analysis to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
