Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and expanding assigned customer accounts, strong client relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities, and monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, sales forecasting and market research.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management.
