About the Role:

We're looking for a Events Planner Specialist to handle various healthcare-related events - from medical conferences and webinars to product launches and speaker trainings.

You'll manage planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event reports, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and coordinate healthcare events, webinars, and trainings.

  • Work with agencies, and internal teams for event needs.

  • Handle logistics - venue booking, technical setup, and travel.

  • Ensure event materials and approvals are ready on time.

  • Manage on-site or online event execution.

  • Prepare post-event reports and gather attendee feedback.

  • Follow company processes and deadlines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of event planning experience, preferably in healthcare or pharma.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and travel for events.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
