About the Role:

We're looking for a Patient Experience & Growth Advisor to join our expanding healthcare team in Ortigas. The role focuses on engaging with patients, promoting wellness memberships, and driving client growth. If you're a confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients and promote wellness programs and memberships
  • Build lasting relationships and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Drive sales, conversions, and membership retention
  • Present and close service packages aligned with patient goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, healthcare, or customer service (preferably in wellness or medical field)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven, persuasive, and professional
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
