About the Role

We're expanding our team and looking for 2–3 Medical Home Care Virtual Assistants to provide dedicated weekend support for our home care operations.

This position is ideal for medical professionals (RNs or equivalent) or those with healthcare backgrounds who can deliver empathetic, detail-oriented service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring that clients and caregivers continue to receive compassionate, reliable support even outside of regular business hours.


Qualifications

Medical or healthcare background (RNs or equivalent preferred)

Excellent English communication with neutral or limited accent

Professional, composed, and client-focused demeanor

Empathetic, caring, and hospitality-minded approach

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Experience in home care operations or using AxisCare is a huge plus
