Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain agents 201 files: safekeeping and scanning of agents records in the system

• Scanning of all requirements for application of new agents (lAP exam, Af001, & CA license requirements)

• Processing of movements of agents e.g., promotion, reversion, transfer, suspension, termination and etc.

• Prepares & release of agent's sales kit

• Printing of agents ID (new and renewed)

Scanning and updating of agent's pictures and signatures.

• Processing of Agent's Retirement & Annuity Fund (ARAP)

• Updating and Monitoring of agent's examination result (IIAP & IC)

• Prepares Monthly Agent's Birthday List

• Sending congratulatory letters and copy of exam result for those who passed the exam

• Prepares picture and other details for daily posting of agents' birthday, New Licensed Agent, New Appointed Managers in MHub

• Assists to CA renewal of agents (scanning or merging of PTR, ITR, BIR form

2307)

• Cleaning of agents records in the systems

• Handles agents' inquiries for Printing of Certification and the like

• Maintains and monitors correct forms for Agency Services & Licensing

Section.

• Collating of Agents Recruitment Forms

• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
