Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support the recruitment process (sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, screening resumes)
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Provide support in timekeeping and attendance monitoring
  • Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 1-3 months

Pay: Php Php150.00 per day
