
Digital Media Senior Analyst

As a Digital Media Senior Analyst on our Optimization & Innovation team - you'll overseecampaign execution and lead many aspects of program management across different initiatives and platforms. You will help communicate critical campaign updates internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, DSPs, and others
- Analyze performance data and develop strategic recommendations to improve results
- Contribute to client reporting, insights, and long-term strategy development
- Ensure campaign setup and execution aligns with best practices and client goals
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and platform partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify innovative solutions to campaign or workflow challenges
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying/optimization (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs)
- Strong understanding of media strategy, performance tracking, and optimization tactics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Skilled in Excel and familiar with digital ad technologies and analytics tools
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid arrangement
(with in-office days as required) - Standard work hours aligned with
Philippine and Singapore time zones
(approx. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT/SGT)
