Duties and Responsibilities:

Scope

A. Order Management

Negotiates and handles Client's Purchase Orders in accordance with established SOP to meet volume target and ensure viability of Interphil business based on volume and revenue.

B. Material Handling and Supply

Coordinates material fulfillment activities to ensure availability of materials for production at any given time.

C. Market Intelligence

Provides competitive advantage and input to management/other divisions.

B. Duties Personally Performed

  1. Reviews, validates and encodes client's purchase order/forecast to cover the following:

a. Batch number

b. Batch/pack size

c. Month required/ Delivery date

d. Normal lead time in processing such order

e. Any additional instruction given by the client

  1. Maintains and updates daily order status using established methods/ tools/ system in identifying completeness of materials and production schedule

  2. Ensures clients' compliance with the following:

a. Submit cPO every month (covering 3 months horizon)

b. Submit Forecast once a year (3-4 months firm and 12 months rolling);

c. Deliver on-time all client supplied materials

  1. Submits monthly Service Level report and highlight issues and concerns to internal Customers.

  2. Acquires product knowledge for clients being handled.

  3. Maintains confidentiality of classified information

  4. Conducts monthly Business Review or periodic coordination meeting with Client to present Service Level based on actual performance.

  5. Provides client with updated Accounts Receivables for timely payment and reconciliation.

  6. Monitors expiring and rejected materials and requests client disposition.

  7. Monitors inventory level and works with internal organization to make sure the level is within the limits.

  8. Manages artwork development and revisions for Export Client in collaboration with Client Regulatory and Product Management Team.

  9. Performs other assignments which may be required from time to time.
