We offer full commercial kitchen design and build services, providing seamless end-to-end solutions for Professional Chefs, Restaurants, and Food Business Owners. Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage accounts receivable transactions including billing, recording, and reconciling customer payments.

  • Monitor aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and initiate appropriate collection activities in coordination with sales or operations.

  • Handle collections follow-ups via phone, email, and written correspondence to ensure timely payment from clients.

  • Prepare statement of accounts (SOAs) and ensure accuracy in invoices, credit memos, and official receipts.

  • Assist in resolving billing disputes or client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensure all financial records and transactions related to collections are compliant with internal policies and government regulations (e.g. BIR, LGU requirements).

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, or consultants as needed.

  • Assist with monthly closing activities, AR reconciliations, and compliance documentation.

  • Maintain updated client database and monitor credit limits and payment terms.

  • Generate periodic reports on AR status, collection efficiency, and compliance issues for management review.

  • Support ad hoc tasks related to accounting operations, audits, or special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.

  • Experience in compliance (e.g. BIR reports, statutory filings) is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
