Accounting Specialist, you will focus on accounting, billing and bookkeeping procedures, maintaining data integrity and supporting other departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Assist with general accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

·       Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

·       Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

·       Assist in preparing reports for management as needed.

·       Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

·       Provide ad-hoc support to the accounting team and related departments.

Minimum requirements:

·       Studies: A bachelor's degree in accountancy, Financial Management, or other related course is required.

·       Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes.

·       Tools:Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)

·       Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / commercial / sales support / billing and OTC processes. Good knowledge of Record to Report process.

·       Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers able to tackle major customer related issues.
