  • Assist in the preparation of billings/invoices and coordination with customers for collections.

  • Prepare cheques and cash vouchers for suppliers
  • Assist in recording transactions in the accounting system
  • Assist in overseeing accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • Perform sales reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting reports / daily sales reports from different client site
  • Directly report to the Managing director and perform any other related tasks, as necessary
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
