About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Roving Merchandiser to join our team at AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the in-store presentation and visibility of our products across multiple retail locations. This is a full-time position that will allow you to play a vital role in our company's success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Visiting and auditing retail stores to ensure our products are properly displayed, stocked, and priced
  2. Liaising with store managers to identify and resolve any merchandising issues
  3. Implementing and maintaining planograms to optimise product placement and visibility
  4. Restocking and replenishing products as needed to maintain ideal inventory levels
  5. Gathering and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  6. Providing training and guidance to in-store staff on best practices for product presentation
  7. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail-focused role
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with store managers and staff
  4. Familiarity with merchandising principles, planogram design, and inventory management
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
  6. A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional in-store experiences
