Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and display supermarket products according to planogram and category standards.
  • Replenish shelves and gondolas to ensure product availability at all times.
  • Check expiration dates, damaged items, and report defective or expired products for pullout.
  • Ensure that all items are properly priced and tagged.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of display shelves and assigned areas.
  • Coordinate with store supervisors and warehouse personnel for stock replenishment and transfers.
  • Assist in product promotions, price changes, and seasonal display setups.
  • Monitor competitor displays and pricing, and report observations to the merchandiser supervisor.
  • Perform other merchandising-related duties as may be assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate (College level preferred).
  • With experience in supermarket or retail merchandising is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting or carrying boxes of products.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow display standards.
  • Good communication skills and can coordinate effectively with store staff.
  • Willing to be assigned to various supermarket branches as needed.
  • Can work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
