QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate of any Business, Human Resources or Finance Course
  • Experience in payroll processing or a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Process Payroll: Accurately process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure all payroll records are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain employee records related to payroll, including timesheets, wage adjustments, and other relevant documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance payroll polices and regulations. Stay updated on changes in payroll policies and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including earnings, taxes, deductions, leave balances, and other payroll-related summaries.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist with year-end processes.
  • System Management: Utilize payroll software to process payroll transactions and generate reports. Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and upgrades as needed.

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
