DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in processing all employee data regarding salary and pay.
- Compiles employees' timesheets to determine the number of hours an employee reported for work.
- Assist in calculating the rightful salary taking into account undertimes, overtimes, bonuses, and other deductions.
- Keeps tracks of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates of newly hired employees.
- Confirms timesheets from the project site offices in case of any discrepancy and doubtful overtimes.
- Process payroll including validating proof list, cash advance monitoring and completeness/correctness of bank details
- Prepares reports for review by the management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Accountancy, Finance Management or other related courses
- With at least minimum of 1 year of experience as Accounting Officer of a Construction Company or relative job exposure
