McCoy PH is seeking a Business Development professional to join our team of innovators. In this role, you'll leverage your proven ability to win new business, build strategic relationships, and identify growth opportunities that strengthen McCoy's market presence. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by promoting McCoy's advanced technology solutions to handle Complex Data Models, AI developments, Migration Logics and Project Methodology while showcasing the transformative impact of SAP innovations across industries.

This position is central to McCoy PH's growth and digital transformation journey, and as part of our dynamic sales team, you'll drive end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting and qualification to closing high-value deals, while nurturing long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value by ensuring sustainable growth and positioning McCoy as a trusted partner in every customer's success story.

Role Description:

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
  • To lead end-to-end sales activities—from market research and lead generation to deal negotiation and closure, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and industry partners to design tailored value propositions and deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.
  • Possesses wide and established connections within the enterprise and mid-market segments, maintaining and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across our target customers to facilitate business opportunities and strategic growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent McCoy at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility

Who are you?

  • Minimum 10 years' experience selling SAP solutions within the mid-market or enterprise accounts, with the ability to position SAP products strategically and explain business value to C-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in the SAP ERP market in the Philippines, with detailed knowledge in one or several SAP cloud solutions
  • Carrying a proactive, customer-focused, and growth-driven mindset with a proven success in closing deals and winning new business.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills, a proven network and relationship builder.
  • Excellent written, analytical, verbal presentation, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to interface with business partners
  • A Team player with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders both within our organization and within the customer's organization.
  • You are highly goal-driven and excel in fast-paced environments, driven by goals, comfortable with pressure, persistent in following up, and unafraid of rejection.
