We are looking for a Technical Design Architect to support our Technical Design Section Manager in overseeing PHDC's development projects. The role involves managing architectural and engineering consultants, ensuring project quality, and delivering designs that meet PHDC's standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support architectural design initiatives from concept to construction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (Architects, Engineers, and Firms).
  • Review and ensure quality and compliance of design outputs and construction documents.
  • Supervise and mentor architectural interns.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and project progress.
  • Research new design trends, materials, and sustainable technologies.
  • Assist in preparing technical terms of reference (TOR) for design-related bids.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with at least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in real estate property development
  • Strong background in architectural design, project coordination, and consultant management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about design excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys collaborating with others
