We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Sales Representatives based in the Philippines to sell tutoring packages to clients over the phone. If you have strong English skills and a passion for helping students succeed, this could be the perfect role for you

Compensation

Base Salary: $500–$700 USD per month (depending on experience)

Plus Commission: Earn additional income for every successful sale — no limits on earnings

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients and promote IntellaTutor's tutoring packages.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the best tutoring solutions.
  • Follow up with leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client details in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are required.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service — preferably in education or online services.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
