Position: Field Sales Representative/Sales Dealer Development

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Dealer Development professional to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of dealers and clients across the Philippines, selling Electric Vehicles (EVs), motorcycles, consumables, and accessories.

You will play a key part in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring strong client and dealer relationships in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Network Development

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential dealers and clients to expand the company's distribution network.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of dealer and customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong dealer network across the Philippines.
  • Research prospects, generate leads, and conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Sales and Account Management

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Electric Vehicles, motorcycles, consumables, and accessories.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients and dealers.
  • Provide excellent account management and after-sales support to strengthen long-term business relationships.

Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the automotive and motorcycle industry.
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Share market feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Travel and Client Engagement

  • Travel across the Philippines to meet with clients and dealers, conduct presentations, and attend industry events.
  • Negotiate contracts and introduce new products to potential dealers and clients.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance reports.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Representative in the motorcycle industry.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, depending on your assigned region.
