Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the charge in promoting our tutoring services and expanding our presence in both local and digital markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and is eager to shape compelling marketing strategies that make a meaningful difference in students' lives.

You will take the lead in optimizing our marketing efforts, managing budgets, mentoring a small team, and building the Park Tutoring brand across multiple platforms and communities. If you're a growth-minded leader with a heart for education, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize holistic marketing strategies that promote both online and in-person tutoring services.
  • Elevate brand visibility and market share through targeted, data-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with schools, educational platforms, and local communities.
  • Oversee brand identity, advertising, social media, content creation, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective, ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer experience teams to align marketing goals with company-wide objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends, market performance, and customer behavior to inform forward-thinking strategies.
  • Mentor and lead marketing staff to build a creative, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and present quarterly and annual marketing performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Represent Park Tutoring at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to champion our mission and services.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on education sector trends, tools, and marketing innovations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of proven success as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the education, tech, or service industries.
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, content, social media), CRM systems, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-informed decision-making.
  • A driven, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Alignment with Park Tutoring's mission to make high-quality education accessible and engaging for all learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per hour
