Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales of cybersecurity products and services by identifying client needs, offering expert solutions, and closing sales. This position reports directly to the Sales Executive to ensure consistent communication and alignment with company sales objectives.
Strategic and Planning Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in international and target markets.
- Continuously research market trends, competitive products, and cybersecurity advancements.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to promote CyTech and expand business networks.
- Develop strategic sales plans based on analysis of client requirements and market conditions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that promote customer retention and growth.
Operational Management Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth deployment of solutions and excellent customer experience.
- Conduct client consultations to identify security challenges and recommend appropriate CyTech products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals effectively across various platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales metrics to share with the Sales Executive.
- Consistently achieve target sales metrics within the set timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven success in software, SaaS, or technology sales internationally.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently in English.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in remote or flexible setups.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
