Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-focused Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and grow our presence in both local and digital markets. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and wants to craft impactful marketing strategies that truly support students' success.

In this role, you will oversee our marketing strategy, guide a small team, and strengthen the Park Tutoring brand across various platforms and communities. If you're a growth-oriented leader who's passionate about education, this opportunity is made for you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine comprehensive marketing plans for both virtual and in-person tutoring services.
  • Boost brand recognition and expand market share through targeted, data-backed campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Explore new opportunities for growth and build partnerships with schools, community groups, and educational organizations.
  • Oversee brand management, advertising, social media, content production, and community outreach.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and strong ROI.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and industry data to shape innovative, forward-looking strategies.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a creative and collaborative culture.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports with strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Represent Park Tutoring at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and advancements in education and marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Lead or in a similar position, ideally in education, technology, or service-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content development, social media, CRM platforms, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a passion for data-driven strategy.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Genuine alignment with Park Tutoring's mission to make quality education accessible and engaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per hour
