Job description: Job Title: Admin Executive (Office-based – Angeles City) Location: Angeles City, Pampanga Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Start Date: ASAP Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive with experience in MYOB Accounting to manage daily administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This is a 100% onsite role in Angeles City. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and office organization. Prepare, process, and reconcile accounting transactions using MYOB software. Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports. Assist with payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as needed. Coordinate office supplies, procurement, and vendor communications. Generate and submit financial and operational reports to management. Support other ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required. Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of administrative and accounting experience, preferably with MYOB. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Proficient in MYOB Accounting Software Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must be available for onsite work in Angeles City. Ready to start immediately.
