Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized ISO Document Controller to manage and maintain our ISO documentation system in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO The successful candidate will ensure accurate control, distribution, and retrieval of quality documentation and records, support audits, and assist in the continual improvement of our document control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update ISO documentation (procedures, policies, manuals, records, etc.) in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Control the issuance, distribution, and archiving of controlled documents in physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with ISO standards and is properly formatted, reviewed, and approved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and revise controlled documents as necessary.
  • Manage document change requests and maintain version control.
  • Support internal and external ISO audits by preparing required documentation and records.
  • Train staff on document control procedures and ensure compliance with document management practices.
  • Monitor document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure secure and efficient storage and retrieval of all controlled documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in an ISO-certified environment.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
  • Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
