Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Cainta Rizal (Office based)

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant will support the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling inventory, materials, tools, and supplies related to construction projects. The role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing construction materials while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check incoming deliveries of materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
  • Label, organize, and store items properly to ensure easy retrieval and accurate inventory control.
  • Assist in issuing and recording materials requested for site or office use.
  • Maintain and update inventory records using manual logs or computer systems.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and help reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing and logistics teams for material requests and deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items to the supervisor.
  • Support documentation and filing of warehouse records, invoices, and inventory reports.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School Graduate or Vocational / College Level in any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations (experience in construction or engineering company is an advantage).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and with good record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouse tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
