Job Summary:

The Inventory Assistant is responsible for supporting inventory management activities, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper documentation, and smooth operations within the warehouse or supply chain department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and labeling incoming stock.
  • Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist in analyzing stock levels.
  • Support warehouse staff in organizing and storing materials.
  • Monitor stock movement and notify supervisors of shortages or excesses.
  • Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and improvements.
  • Handle documentation for shipments, returns, and transfers.

Qualifications:

  • At least a college graduate; a degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with inventory software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Area of deployment: Cainta, Rizal
