About the role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the team at Grand Apex Constructions Inc. in Cainta Rizal. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's extensive document repository, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval and distribution of critical project information. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of large-scale construction projects within a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Establishing and maintaining comprehensive document control systems to effectively manage project documentation
  2. Coordinating the distribution, archiving and retrieval of all project-related documents, drawings, and records
  3. Liaising with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents
  4. Implementing and enforcing document control protocols and procedures to maintain data integrity
  5. Providing support and training to project personnel on document control best practices
  6. Monitoring document control metrics and generating regular reports for management
  7. Assisting with the implementation of document control software and technologies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry
  2. Proven track record of implementing effective document control systems and processes
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  5. Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office suite
  6. Effective communication skills to liaise with various project stakeholders
  7. Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
