About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Officer to join our team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes, playing a crucial role in maintaining our financial stability and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Effectively communicate with customers to collect on overdue accounts
  2. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and account statuses
  3. Assist in the preparation of regular reports on the status of accounts receivable
  4. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to identify and resolve credit issues
  5. Implement and adhere to the company's credit policies and procedures
  6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
  7. Support the broader finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a collection, accounts receivable or credit control role
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions
