Admin Officer

The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the logistics business. This role supports management and retail operations by maintaining organized systems, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth daily office and back-office operations.
- Monitor administrative expenses and prepare basic reports as needed.
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital company records.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries
- Assist in inventory documentation, stock requests, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in processing administrative expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.
- Perform collections activities such as follow-ups, payment coordination, and documentation of collections
- Perform other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven knowledge of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
- At least two to three (2-3) years or more experience in general accounting, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry
- Experience in administrative or accounting support roles is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Parqal Mall Parañaque (Monday - Friday) and in Western Bicutan Warehouse (Saturday)
