About the role

Millennium Business Services, Inc.' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (Xero Accounting System Administrator) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and administration of the Xero accounting system for our diverse client base. This position is based in Makati City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Xero-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support to clients
  • Administer and configure the Xero accounting system to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Xero with other business systems and processes
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and improvements
  • Train and support end-users on the effective utilisation of the Xero platform
  • Analyse system data and generate insightful reports to help clients make informed business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Xero features, updates, and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Xero Accounting System Administrator or similar role
  • Proven expertise in the implementation, configuration, and administration of the Xero accounting platform
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Xero and other business intelligence tools
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
