Procure to Pay | Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking an experienced
Procure to Pay (P2P) Subject Matter Expert
to lead solutions design, process improvements, and successful transitions in a global BPO environment. This role will drive transformation initiatives, ensure SLA/SOW compliance, and provide operational excellence across the P2P cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solutioning for SOW/SLA, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
  • Manage transition/migration, develop process maps, and oversee knowledge transfer.
  • Conduct process maturity assessments, benchmark analysis, and reengineering initiatives.
  • Provide operational support during critical issues, delivering root cause analysis and recovery plans.
  • Drive change management and implement transformed operating models for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in finance, preferably in BPO, with deep expertise in end-to-end P2P.
  • Proven ERP/Oracle implementation experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple global clients and deliver results under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
