E-Commerce Assistant

Overview:

The E-Commerce Assistant plays a key role in supporting our online business operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing the website, ensuring a seamless user experience, monitoring site traffic, troubleshooting technical issues, updating product listings, and assisting with online marketing campaigns.

Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about e-commerce trends and online consumer behavior. You should be able to contribute ideas that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and boost overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and overseeing daily operations of the online store and related platforms.
  • Ensure that the online shop design and layout align with brand guidelines by updating product listings, images, and descriptions.
  • Recommend and execute strategies to increase online revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement brand traffic and promotional strategies.
  • Support the execution of campaign calendars in alignment with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Manage assigned online accounts and identify potential upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
  • Experience in account management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Lazada, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong computer and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Pay: Php20,070.00 per month
