Job Title : E-Commerce Specialist

Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Location : Office Based in Paranaque City and Taguig City

About The Role:

Responsible for acquiring repeat customers and boosting sales through implementation of effective e-commerce strategies. Position requires knowledge on the best practices on setting up e-commerce stores, product management, as well as execution of marketing campaigns, and customer management.

What you'll be doing (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)

● Customer Acquisition, Marketing, and Sales Management:

  • Developing campaigns to increase digital sales
  • Optimizing paid advertising campaigns using SEO, Google Analytics, keyword search, Website UX, social media ads, email marketing and other tools for maximum visibility and conversion
  • Manage the company's online marketing presence, including social media platforms
  • Monitoring changes in website traffic or increases in sales

● Product Management:

  • Uploading product listings and assets
  • Managing online inventory across all platforms

● Online Order Fulfillment:

  • Overseeing processing of orders and monitoring fulfillment

● Store Asset Management:

  • Optimizing website and social media content to ensure accurate and timely alterations on a regular basis (visuals/banners, info details, stocks)

● Customer Management:

  • Assisting in responding to customer inquiries on all platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing (preferred) or any other related course

● At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce

● Experience managing digital product inventory

● Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify and Lazada platforms preferred

● Experience using web analytics and optimization tools (Google and Facebook)

● Strong analytical skills

● Tech-savvy; familiarity with user experience on retail websites and leading online marketplaces

● Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal English and Filipino

● Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google productivity applications

● Knowledgeable in e-commerce retail and customer service best practice

● Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
