The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for supporting the online sales operations of the company's digital platforms. This role involves managing product listings, monitoring online inventory, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth online transactions and excellent customer experience. The position also assists in implementing marketing campaigns and tracking sales performance to achieve business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor online store performance, including sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with logistics and warehouse teams for fulfillment.
  • Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze sales data, preparing reports on performance and trends.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize online operations.
  • Ensure product information, pricing, and promotional details are consistent and up to date.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledgeable in major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with shifting priorities.
