Job Summary:

The Security Personnel is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of company premises, assets, staff, and visitors. This role monitors entry and exit points, patrols the property, enforces company security policies, and responds to emergencies or incidents to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Access Control & Monitoring

  • Control and monitor access to company premises, including gates, entrances, and restricted areas.
  • Verify identification of visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
  • Maintain logs of personnel, vehicles, and material movements.
  • Issue visitor passes and ensure adherence to security procedures.

2. Patrol & Surveillance

  • Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse, office, yard, and other company areas.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment.
  • Identify and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches.
  • Ensure all company property, equipment, and materials are secure.

3. Emergency Response

  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following company protocols.
  • Assist in evacuation procedures during fire or other emergencies.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
  • Provide first-aid support if trained and necessary.

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce company rules, policies, and procedures regarding safety and security.
  • Inspect vehicles, personnel, and equipment entering or leaving the premises as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly security post or station.
  • Report any incidents, damages, or policy violations to the Security Supervisor.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, or incident reports for submission to management.
  • Document any property damage, theft, or security violations accurately.
  • Maintain records of visitor logs, patrol logs, and other security-related documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
